3 amazing homemade masks to rejuvenate skin

For this mask you will need:

  • Half a ripe avocado;

The preparation is simple: mash the avocado until it forms a paste, add the wheat germ oil and lemon juice and mix well. Apply mask to face and neck for 10 to 15 minutes and then rinse with warm water.


2. Homemade banana, honey and yogurt mask

Bananas are rich in vitamin A, E and group B, minerals such as iron and potassium and antioxidants. It helps combat the process of skin aging, leaving the skin healthy and soft. This fruit also has a mild peeling effect, favoring cell renewal.

Honey is an ingredient with antiseptic properties, excellent for fighting pimples. Containing vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, it also helps prevent the signs of aging.

Yogurt, in turn, offers hydration and nutrition, eliminating skin dryness. It still gives the face a healthy glow due to the presence of lactic acid, zinc and some enzymes.

Write down the quantities of each ingredient:

  • 3 tablespoons of plain yogurt;
  • 1 teaspoon of organic honey;
  • Half a ripe banana.

The preparation has no secret: just mash the banana and mix the other ingredients. Apply the mask to clean skin and let it work for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse your face with warm water and then cold water to close the pores.

3. Homemade egg yolk, honey, olive oil and lemon mask

Egg yolk contains lutein, a protein that can hold the face's natural moisture and give it elasticity, making wrinkles and sagging difficult. Olive oil, in turn, is rich in antioxidants and vitamins A and E, which help fight the free radicals that cause aging.

Honey and lemon, as previously seen, contain antiseptic properties that help reduce the occurrence of pimples. These two ingredients also provide vitamins and minerals that make your skin healthy and more resistant to the passage of time.

  • 1 egg yolk;

  • Half a teaspoon of lemon juice.
