Preparation

Mix the sprouts with the parsley and other seasonings. Add the liquids last. Arrange all over pieces of lettuce and serve immediately.

Braised Bean Sprout

Ingredients

  • 5 cups washed bean sprouts (moyashi)
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup parsley with finely chopped chives

Preparation

Put the oil in a pan and fry the garlic and onion. Add the moyashi, salt and black pepper and sauté. Turn off the heat and sprinkle with parsley and chives. Serve it hot.
