Deborah Secco's Diet

In order to lose weight, you need to rearrange your eating habits. And that's what actress Deborah Secco did to be able to play her role in the soap opera Foolish Heart, in which she paraded her beautiful, healed body every night.

In addition to having to refrain from treats like hamburgers and sweets, she had to change the frequency of meals. The diet followed by the actress is called a fractional diet, one in which five small but nutritious daily meals are made. This diet is also followed by famous actress Demi Moore.

The biggest benefit of this diet is that you take short breaks between meals, keeping your body busy digesting food and wasting energy, making you feel less hungry.
