- A woman's highest score was 140 sexual thoughts in a day, or once every seven minutes.
- Regarding food and sleep, women thought about it about 15 and 13 times a day, respectively.
- Men, on the other hand, thought about food 25 times a day and sleeping every 33 minutes.
- Research has shown that men are more focused than women on all their physical needs, including sex.
One of the researchers pointed out that the numbers are only average and may be higher for many people. "The results show the importance of sex for all of us," he said.
