Drinking champagne can improve memory

Scientists have found that drinking champagne can help combat memory loss, especially environmental loss and location data fixation used later. The phenol compound found in the drink is directly linked to the part of the brain in this department that is complicated by advancing age, making keeping memories a difficult and ineffective process.

Dr. David Vauzour is the research driver and he reports that the drink has many more phenols than, for example, white wine, which also contains the substance. He also points out that, no matter how good it is, the drink is alcoholic and should be consumed in moderation. Between 3 and 5 small glasses per week would be ideal, but nothing that compromises, remembering that they should be ingested throughout the week and not in a single day. The University of Reading, where the research was conducted, also found that the benefits of champagne include improved blood circulation, which reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease and stroke.
