Green tea accelerates abdominal fat loss by 77%

The belief that green tea helps you lose weight is not a current one and a study by Tutts University and confirmed by nutritionist Dr. Michelle Schoffro confirms that tea does accelerate fat loss, especially abdominal fat, by up to 77%.

The trick is not to drink pure tea as usual, but stick to green tea lemonade, check out the recipe:

Green Tea Lemonade

  • 6 green tea bags
  • 4 Lemons Juice
  • 250ml of water
  • 10 drops of stevia to sweeten
  • Ice
  • Mint Leaves (optional)

The preparation is simple, while the tea pours into the hot water, squeeze the lemons and mix them with 10 drops of stevia if you want to sweeten. When the tea is ready, put ice on it so it gets refreshing faster without having to wait for it to cool. Mix the sweetened lemon and serve ice cream. For green tea lemonade to work better and faster, it is recommended to have 3 cups during the day. The mint is to decorate and gives an extra flavor to the drink.

What is stevia?

Stevia comes from the plant of the same name, it is a sweetener 300 times more powerful than aspartame and it contains no calories. In addition, it is known to suppress bacteria in the teeth, regulate blood pressure, have diuretic power and regulate blood sugar levels. For these reasons and for not modifying its taste at high temperatures, stevia is recommended as a sugar substitute and aspartame sweetener whenever possible.
