Half of Britons admit to falling in love on first date

True love is said to be hard to find these days. But not according to the latest study, which revealed that 50% of us can really fall in love on the first date. The information is from the Daily Mail.

The survey was conducted with a portion of Britain's population, and half said they found the love of life by the end of the first meeting.

But women are not so quick in this decision: they are more likely to judge potential partners on personality and interests rather than on looks as they do.

Only one in five of them fell in love after the first glances. And one in three men after the same period.

And on the first date, the most popular subject with 40% of votes is the trip. The report revealed that she plays an important role as we like to talk about the holidays, the rest, and our stories. Another curious fact is that the survey also revealed that one in 10 people is willing to lie about the places they traveled, just to impress their partner on the first date.

While half of respondents said they had already fallen in love at first sight, the other half said they only fell in love after actually traveling with their partners for the first time.
