Here at Le Baragosse, we always try to deliver positive messages and ways to make your life easier. Despite trying to focus on the positive side, we know that it is not always possible to stay up.

The obstacles of daily life do not forgive, and sometimes they come all at once, causing you to lose hope.

At such times, it is very difficult to maintain the motivation to get out of bed and perform your daily tasks.

But calm down: life is not over. While you are breathing, there are still forces to start over and put everything in place.

If you are having a hard time in your life, take a look at the tips we have prepared to help you through this phase.

1. Surround yourself with positivity

It's hard to stay positive if all the people around you are pessimistic all the time. Sooner or later bad mood is infected, so it is better to beware of toxic companies.

Try to surround yourself with people who really add something good to your life and who also aspire good things for themselves. If your friends do not cultivate dreams and ambitions, you will probably eventually abandon yours as well.

2. Change your mental attitude

This is not an easy task, but with persistence it will work. If you continually repeat to yourself that you cannot do anything, you are unlikely to succeed because your mind is already ready for failure.

Try to change your mindset: look in the mirror, smile and say that you are very capable of overcoming any challenge.

3. Have a plan

You may not know exactly what you want to be doing in 5 or 10 years, but it is important to know which direction you want to touch your life.

Having a larger, long-term goal in mind can help you overcome day to day obstacles by keeping your focus on what you really want.

4. Be grateful for what you have

It is impossible to stay positive and motivated if you focus only on things that do not go well in your life. That is why it is necessary to change the way of thinking. If there is something that does not satisfy you, try to find ways to change it.

In addition, it is essential that you give thanks for the good things around you, even if they are small things like good coffee, a delicious dessert or a laugh with friends. Be grateful for what you have in the present.

5. Make a wish list

Making a list of your dreams and goals will make your goals more tangible, giving you more strength and courage to tackle the tough times.

Once a month, add at least one new item to your list, be it related to personal or professional life. Take the list with you or leave it in a place where you can always see it, so you can always remember why it's worth fighting a little more.

6. Money is not everything in life

If your only motivation to work hard is to make money, then you are doing it for the wrong reasons. Of course it is essential to have money to pay your bills and is even better when you have an amount left every month, but financial reward should not be the only force that keeps you going.

Don't sacrifice your health, happiness, and career plans for a job that will momentarily pay you more. Believe in your dreams, even if other people tell you to go the other way.

7. Give yourself a gift

One of the keys to staying motivated is giving yourself rewards from time to time. If you had a hard day, got stressed at work, had a fight with your boyfriend, or got hurt by a friend, try to spend some time with yourself.

Have a special coffee, light a scented candle, watch an episode of your favorite series, or take a long, relaxing bath as you need special care. These are small attitudes that help us put our heads in place and move on.

In addition to following these tips, keep in mind that life is really full of ups and downs. No matter how hard you make it, not everything will be under your control, and things may be different than you thought. Take it easy: this too will pass.
