Hypoallergenic Enamels

Women who suffer from nail polish allergy can't even think of getting their nails colored with the conventional version of the nail polish. In addition to nail polish, care must also be taken in choosing the base, drying oil, extra gloss and nail polish remover.

But these days, that doesn't mean getting your nails done without doing it. Many many manufacturers now offer hypoallergenic versions of nail polish. All to make life easier for women who like to keep their nails always beautiful and well done even with allergy to nail polish.

Common enamels have in their formula components such as formaldehyde and toluene, which are the main causes of allergy. Hypoallergenic enamels, on the other hand, are free of such substances, so they do not cause reactions such as swelling of the eyelids, redness and itching of the neck, face and hands.

The prices of hypoallergenic enamels still have a big difference from conventional ones, but it is worth investing. And if hypoallergenic enamels were once found only in very basic and traditional shades, especially lighter ones, it is now possible to find a wide variety of colors. Many brands simultaneously launch collections with trendy colors in the traditional and hypoallergenic version.

If even using the nail polish for allergic reactions persists, you may be allergic to another component of your formula. Therefore, it is best to test several brands and consult a dermatologist to help with the choice.
