Makeup to disguise pallor: how to change your look simply

With the rush of everyday life, the lack of time to eat properly, the sudden changes in temperature, health suffers consequences that can even reflect on the skin. A tired, cold, sunless person often tends to look pale. It is always right to take good care of health, but no one is free of unforeseen, right?

The tip is to know if you can turn around in any situation, if you have a cold, if you need to go to the beach or if you have not slept well and your face is delivering it, there is a well-known and widely used feature: makeup.

Makeup artist and blogger Jessica White, from the blog Jessica White Makeup, teaches how to get away from pallor with simple tricks: • Pale skin requires greater care at the time of make, as in the tones used in the eyes and mouth. A wrong color for giving the opposite effect and making the person look even paler?

Check out Jessica's step-by-step for a successful make-up that helps hide your pallor:

  • Base
  • Always choose the exact shade of your skin, neither lighter nor darker. Different shades can make the makeup heavy and artificial;

  • Liquid Paper
  • Be careful when applying concealer. When overused in the eye area, the concealer leaves the makeup loaded and may make the skin look paler;

  • Eyes
  • Abuse the look, use soft and cool tones like pink, beige, blue, champagne or light gray. Colors that mark and darken too much, such as black or lead, make the look very heavy and the pallor stands out;

    Always wear a lot of eyelash mask! In eyelashes it is always good to wear black, the blacker the better. In this case, black helps to enhance the natural color of the eyes, bringing life to the face and makeup;

  • Mouth
  • Avoid very striking shades like red, orange or purple, bet on natural colors like pink, peach and coral;

  • Blush
  • This is the main ally in hiding the unwanted pallor. Never forget him! This is the key to make your makeup look healthy, but for every skin color there is a recommended blush shade.

    ? White skin: For people with white or pink skin, who are blond, red or have brown hair, the shades indicated are pink, coral, peach and rosy bronze, colors that mimic the flush that the sun causes.

    ? Dark skin: For light brunettes the warm tones are the most suitable, pink, cherry and powder with tanning effect. For dark brown skin coral shades pulled into gold, bronze, terracotta and dark pink are the right bet.

    ? Black: For black skin the colors are vibrant, pink, cherry and even plum tones;

    ? Orientals: For skins with a slight yellow hue, the blush colors that look good are light pink and plum.

    It is always good to remember that blush should look as natural as possible, no load on the colors and make the makeup artificial and heavy.

As no one is free to spend a day of pallor, tired face or flu that drops, Beca Brait blogger Rebeca Brait made a very cool video that explains how to apply makeup in these situations. She was super cold and with a tired and pale face, check out the difference that makeup made:
