Met Ball Prom Trends

O Met Gala, dubbed "Oscar Fashion", is the official opening party of the Costume Institute's exhibition, a wing of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, dedicated to fashion.

Commanded by Vogue America magazine and Anna Wintour, editor-in-chief of the magazine, this year's event is underway? Schiaparelli & Prada: Impossible Conversations? ? an imaginary conversation between designers Miuccia Prada and Elsa Shiaparelli.

So many industry professionals, models and celebrities make the occasion a separate show. So some elements stand out and that's it, we see which of the proposed trends really set in. Check out the top beauty trends clicked during the Met Ball:

Wine and brown lipsticks? The highlights are the wine tones and shades of brown, lighter or darker. Camilla Belle, meanwhile, bet on a mix of shades that resulted in a brownish wine lipstick. Among the personalities who have opted for one or the other are Amber Valetta, from wine; Lana Del Rey, of dark wine; and Jessica Alba, in brown.

Make up nude? Amid many dark lips and a few smoky or outlined eyes, the natural makeup washed and illuminated face was also a great trend, lasting seasons, was the choice of women like Gwyneth Paltrow, Claire Danes and Gisele Bündchen.

Thick, marked eyebrows? Personalities such as model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Camilla Belle have invested in the trend of naturally strong, dark, masculine eyebrows.

Cokes? Emma Stone bet on a bulky and slightly messy bun. Kate Bosworth, in turn, tied her hair in a braided bun at the top of her head. However, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley opted for a refined high-moon bun. Regardless of the model chosen, the coke was in evidence during the event.

Straight split hair? Divided in half or on the side, many women bet on their behaved hair, tight to the head and firmly pinned. Gwyneth Paltrow opted for hair that was split in half; Gisele Bündchen and Beyoncé, meanwhile, invested in the hair with a side stripe.

Vintage and wavy hair? The wavy effect of hair based on Hollywood divas hairstyles in the mid-1940s was seen in weight and adhered to in different ways. Supermodel Amber Valetta chose long-wave hair that curled all over her face. However, Jessica Alba opted for sideways marked waves.
