Research points to women's current priorities

A study conducted by Abe? S Market involving 1,500 Americans returned very surprising results about how they perceive healthy lifestyle in relation to other aspects of life.

61% of respondents said eating well is more important than having a healthy relationship. And healthy dieting is still a priority, leaving aside even buying new clothes or saving money.

While 70% of women said they would rather have their children eat well than have good grades, 60% agreed that eating healthy is more important than saving money. Eighty-five percent said they would rather have a healthy body than a stuffed wardrobe.

Being healthy has become more and more a fad, a trend, as you can see from the survey results. The good part of this is that this is an obviously healthy trend.
