After the success of green juices and other detox, a new type of drink has caught the attention, especially of those who practice physical activities: pink juice that, in addition to detoxifying, improves physical performance and facilitates the recovery of muscles.

Made from beets, the juice first gained fame in Europe, following the dissemination of research that proved its benefits, but today is already part of the menu of many Brazilians and is highly recommended by nutritionists.


"Pink juice is a drink that helps detoxify, nourish and acts on the distribution of nutrients in the body," explains sports nutritionist Vanessa Lobato.
