Waltz Dream Pave: The Dessert You Have Always Dreamed of Making (and Eating!)

Candy Pave Waltz Dream

Ingredients

• 8 chopped waltz dream chocolates
• 2 sifted gems
• 1 can of condensed milk
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in 60 ml milk
• 1 box of 200g of cream
• 1 pack of chocolate flavored unfilled cookies
• 1 cup (tea) milk (to moisten cookies)

Step by step

1. Bring condensed milk, cornstarch and egg yolks to low heat, stirring until it boils;
2. Then add the cream and keep stirring until it thickens and boils again;
3. Then pass the cream to another container, beat with a fouet to make it smooth and let cool;
4. Now just assemble the pave interspersing a layer of chocolate chip cookie (wet in milk) and a layer of cream;
5. Finish with a layer of minced Waltz Dream chocolates and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

The recipe yields 6 servings and is very simple to make. If family or will is big, double the recipe!
