Make up with the balance

Have you ever wondered how much time you spend stressing yourself daily? The balance seems more enemy than friend, as it will soon point out the mistakes you made during the day, week, or weekend. There is no way to hide the exaggerations from the balance, she will always be there, firm and accusing, showing you that she did everything wrong.

Nothing discourages more than seeing that efforts are taking a long time to come, as we invest all week, refuse wonderful goodies and reap little results. It is very important to remember that it takes months, years to accumulate weight, and it is not quick to lose it all, it is a construction in which week after week we are settling new healthy lifestyle habits.

Given this fact, is weighing always a good choice? We see that stress is one of the main triggers of cortisol, so getting angry every time you weigh it does not bring any benefit, but a rage, as pointers rarely move in our favor. But why can't we hide her under the bed, or inside our closet? We seem to have a kind of agreement with the balance, where we get into a constant fight.

We forget that throughout the day there are many factors that influence the balance oscillation, such as hormones, PMS, more calorie foods, fluid retention, all factors related to various aspects of our body, which we do not have so much control. I put so much? control, because we really can change some things, others improve, and finally some that only depend on the functioning of our body.

In fact our body is a perfect machine, but it is not static, it works differently for each other: one holds more fluid than the other, another reacts more stress, another has a slower or faster metabolism, but we forget all these questions when we desperately want to see the balance hands drop. In this way we start to blame ourselves, we find ourselves incapable, we feel helpless, and of course we rush back into the balance.

We have to remember that when we practice physical activity it is also easier to lose weight, because we put energy, we mobilize in search of a healthy body.

What do you think about setting your hands aside and focusing only on what would be appropriate to keep your weight up to date?

Setting real goals helps a lot, because really wanting to lose more than would be appropriate in the month would require a restrictive diet, a lot of physical activity, but is judging your body the right way to go?

So I invite you to reevaluate your goals by following proper advice from expert professionals and of course, remembering that thrift is the path to success.

When we develop lean behaviors we learn to eat what is good for us, learning that in all areas of our lives we will have some obstacle to overcome, and knowing how to act at these times will give us the strength to move forward, whether with food, with the body or in our relationships with the world.

So go hide the scales and live each day at once!
