  • Dinner: Steak at ease and fruit salad without cream or sugar.

Saturday

  • Breakfast: tea or coffee with sweetener and saltine cracker;
  • Lunch: roasted chicken;
  • Dinner: Two low-boiled eggs.

Sunday

  • Breakfast: tea or coffee with sweetener and saltine cracker;
  • Lunch: large steak and fruit at ease;
  • Dinner: Any food on the Japanese diet menu.
