Pregnancy Facts No One Tells You

Pregnancy is a beautiful moment in a woman's life. When well planned, it can be the fulfillment of a long-cherished desire in the core of the female soul. There are, however, some details about pregnancy that, for distraction or to keep you from giving up being a mother, no one ever told you. So far.

Eating can be a big effort

Firstly, there are the so-called morning nausea: believe me, sometimes they forget that they are? Morning? and last all day long. Eating with your stomach coming out of your mouth is always somewhat unpleasant.

Then doctors tell you to maintain a healthy and balanced diet, but they forget to give you the cook responsible for preparing all the healthy meals you need. Since this apparently does not happen, is it up to you to break your head to eat something that is practical and not harmful to the baby? not to the already judicious stomach.

Everybody wants to give an opinion

As if the psychological pressure to generate a life wasn't enough, everyone you meet seems to have good advice to offer. They talk about what happened to them, the neighbor, the acquaintance, anyway. Learn how to filter these opinions so you don't go crazy ahead of time (let it go crazy when there is a baby crying at dawn, even after feeding and changing).

Getting too much or too little depends on your body

As much as you strive to gain a few pounds throughout pregnancy, your metabolism may not collaborate. The truth is that the weight gain and the speed with which you will lose it after giving birth depend on a number of factors. Stay active and eating right. Other than that, hope your body is nice to you.

Panicking gets in the way, not helping

When you carry a human being into your body, everyday situations can seem potentially dangerous. Avoid overexertion and high-risk situations, but especially try not to get over-stressed trying to protect your baby from any risk, however small. This tension is of no help and can even be detrimental to both your health and his. Breathe, relax, take basic care and enjoy pregnancy instead of panicking

You can look wonderful, or you can look horrible

It's unfair, but it's real. There are women who, when they are pregnant, become true goddesses of beauty: their skin shines, their hair is soft and shiny, and they look more than ever like the owners of sympathy and charisma available in the galaxy. There are women, however, who find themselves turned into monsters. The skin suffers from acne and blemishes, the hair does not collaborate and your mood has never been worse. Unfortunately, it depends more on nature than on you, and there is no cream that can fix the defects completely.

In addition, sex can greatly improve or worsen woefully, depending on how pregnancy affects your libido and your partner's libido. However, try to feel beautiful, since the real pregnancy has nothing to do with the ethereal image painted by the magazines dedicated to pregnant women.
