  • 500 g of beans
  • 1/2 squeezed lemon
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Water
  • Oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Salt to taste

How to make

  1. Put the beans in a container with water;
  2. Squeeze half a lemon or add a spoonful of vinegar;
  3. Soak the beans for an hour;
  4. Drain the water and place the beans in the pressure cooker;
  5. Add water to the pan until you cover the beans and pass two little fingers;
  6. Add 1/2 chopped onion, two bay leaves and a drizzle of oil;
  7. Let it cook for ten minutes;
  8. In a skillet, sauté the minced garlic;
  9. Put the braised garlic in the bean pot;
  10. Season with salt to taste and cook for another two minutes.

If the stock is thin, mash a portion of beans and put back into the pan to thicken. To serve, you can put in small bowls or plates and decorate with fried pork or green-smelling. Imagine how delicious!
