Husband accepts dare to feel? Pregnant? and gives up in less than 5 minutes

Is pregnancy something that men definitely do not understand and will never feel the same way as women? unless, someday, science allows them to get pregnant.

Hormonal changes, body changes, fears, insecurities, and belly growth are gestation experiences that are beyond the understanding of most men, so that women feel misunderstood by their husbands and partners.

It was with this in mind that Anna Strode, a 32-year-old Australian fitness guru, decided to share some of her pregnancy sensations with her husband, Rhett.


With 88,000 followers on Instagram, Anna proposed a challenge to her husband: work out with her, following her exercise routine, with a weight of 6 kg attached to his belly to simulate the baby. Do you think he did it?

At 37 weeks' gestation and caring for her two-year-old twin children, Anna Strode still finds the strength to exercise for 20 minutes three to four times a week.

Curious about whether her husband, Rhett, would handle the 9-month-old belly workout, Anna proposed a challenge: for him to attach a 6-kilogram ball to her belly and accompany her on her routine of movement. And, of course, Anna recorded Rhett's performance and posted the video on Instagram.

As soon as they caught the ball in his belly, did Rhett complain that he had a backache? which only got worse when he started doing the exercises. Luckily for her husband, the? Training? it only lasted 5 minutes as the weight eventually dropped.

"He found it very difficult, strange and uncomfortable, and complained numerous times that his back hurt," Anna said. "That's why it's women who have babies, not men," she wrote.

Anna's followers loved the challenge, but several even made a suggestion to Anna, saying she should have hung a 10 lb weight on Rhett's chest for the experience to be even more complete!

Keeping the exercise routine in the final stretch of pregnancy

Anna Strode has a totally fitness lifestyle, so you shouldn't feel guilty if you can't exercise at the same intensity as her? after all, she had been training at a fast pace before pregnancy.

Despite finding it difficult to exercise with her belly, Anna intends to follow the physical activity routine as best as possible until the day of the baby's birth. "I won't lie: Exhaustion is starting to hit ALL THE TIME, and most of the day I struggle to keep my eyes open," Anna said.
