  • ½ tomato sauce sachet
  • 100 ml of coconut milk
  • 1 kg salted hake fillet
  • 400 g of salted shrimp
  • 6 fried prawns for garnish
  • Olive oil

Step by step

  1. Allow shrimp and hake to dry so water does not get in the sauce;
  2. Meanwhile, make a round cut on the top of the pumpkin and clean the pumpkin, removing the seeds;
  3. Place the top that has been removed and microwave the pumpkin for 30 minutes;
  4. Remove some pumpkin squash and set aside for the sauce;
  5. In a saucepan, place olive oil and garlic until golden brown, add onion and peppers with cilantro and sauté;
  6. Add the tomato sauce, cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes;
  7. After waiting, add the squash that has been removed and stir;
  8. Cover the pan and leave another 5 minutes on the fire;
  9. Add the hake fillet and shrimp;
  10. Dissolve the flour in the broth of water that came out of the shrimp and the hake and put the mixture in the pan;
  11. Stir the ingredients and leave 5 minutes over low heat with the pan covered;
  12. Add the cream, mix the ingredients and turn off the heat;
  13. Put the curd inside the strawberry, add the filling and bake to brown!
