L? Occitane au Brésil? the brand new line with brazilian products

In May of this year, a new L? Occitane news arrives in stores, the au Brésil line, made with Brazilian raw material. In all there are 18 products divided between the line of Jenipapo and Mandacaru, and the brand plans more than 100 items by 2014, and sale in all 90 countries where the brand already sells cosmetics.

The production is made for the first time in the history of the brand, outsourced, and is fully manufactured in Brazil, and therefore comes to sale for us at a lower price. In the release of the collection, Olivier Braussan, founder and artistic director of L? Occitane en Provence says:? I was ecstatic with the colors and exuberance of the vegetation? and after the trip made by the Brazilian forests and coastlines, the idea of the line came up.

Each of the lines that will come until next year is inspired by a type of biome that exists here, and the Jenipapo line is from the Cerrado and Mandacaru da Caatinga. In addition, the Amazon, Pantanal, Atlantic Forest and Araucaria Forest will have products made especially with what is in each location. Compared to the price of lines made in Provence, au Brésil will show a difference of 30% less, competing with major national companies such as O Boticário and Natura. Prices range from R $ 9.90 bar soap, up to R $ 80.00 a 300ml cologne. The products go to other countries after one year and will be priced at the Provence line.

The jenipapo line will initially have cologne, moisturizing lotion, liquid oil soap, bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, leave-in and hair mask; Mandacaru will have cologne, body scrub, liquid cream soap, body cream, hand cream and bar soaps (normal and exfoliating). Commercialization starts at L? Occitane Provence stores and website, going to kiosks and finally to own stores of the Brazilian line. The official release date is May 15, and it promises to be great, moisturizing and different.
