  1. Woman from above (horseback): In this position, the woman sits on top of her lying partner and she is the one who commands the depth of penetration, rhythm and strength. It is ideal for pregnant women because besides the total control aiming at their comfort and pleasure, there is no contact with the belly.
  2. Sideways (scoop): the partners lie on their side, with the man penetrating from behind. It does not require much physical effort from both, does not squeeze the belly and leaves your hands free for other games.
  3. Four (puppy): the woman rests on her knees and arms while her partner penetrates her from behind. It can be done in bed, with the partner on his knees, or on the edge of the bed or couch, with the partner standing. If there is any discomfort, try using a pillow or pillow to support the belly.

For each couple the experience will be different. The important thing is that both respect their limits and wants. Is it always good to remember that sex is not just about penetration? Oral sex or masturbation can be great allies of pleasure in pregnancy. Abuse creativity (and pillows!) To enjoy this phase without giving up on dating and contact with your partner.
