Ear Cuffs: The New Trend In Earrings

This year's new trend is the Ear Cuffs, which after appearing on the catwalks thanks to Karl Lagerfeld at the Chanel 2012 show, were propelled into this year's seasons with the promise of taking the place of necklaces. Instead of conventional maxi earrings, ear cuffs hug the ear, loop over the ear curve, and make any look much more fun.

With a different way of wearing and no more earholes, the accessories fit the curves perfectly and can be adjusted. And they follow this year as a status icon, compared to expensive gemstone jewelry, some models are made of diamonds and gold. Of course, simpler models and less expensive alternatives are all over the market.

On the catwalks and in the Red Carpet we see creations by Jean Paul Gaultier and Rodarte's sisters Laura and Kate Mulleavy also created copies. Jewelry bets on the trend are Aron & Hirsch, Jack Vartanian, H. Stern, Silvia Furmanovich, Hector Albertazzi and Sabrina by Ara Vartanian, to name a few. But for those who do not want to boast so much and look for a varied and more attitude, several lines such as Medieval Collectibles (from $ 15.30), the Brazilian Claire? Black Rose (store at the Rock Gallery in SP) the sell it.

For the do-it-yourselfers, the BoatPeople blog teaches one of the simple templates to get started.
