How to use clogs

Do you know how to use clogs? If you haven't heard of them yet, keep this name which has everything to be a strong summer shoe trend.

Clogs are wooden-soled clogs, also known as babuche and Dutch clogs, because of their origin. They were used a lot in the 70's and 90's and now they are back, including being prominent in the fashion week shows in Paris and Brazil that brought the trends to the next season.

In an ethnic and rustic style, the clogs usually have wooden soles, leather or suede uppers and studded studs all over the side of the clog. There are even peep toe or full enclosed clog models. Clogs can be found in colors such as black, brown, white or in more colorful versions and even patterned designs.

Not to err in the combination

The combinations that look great with clogs range from patterned dresses, skinny or bell-bottomed jeans, shorts and skirts. Another tip on how to wear clogs is to invest in folk style accessories such as fringed bags or romantic style with floral or lace accessories.
