Everyone knows someone who has needed blood. It can be a family member, a neighbor, a friend, or even you. Regardless of who you are, getting between life and death and relying on donations is a stressful situation. With this in mind, I recently released the website I Like Donate, also available as an iPhone and Android app, where patients who need a donation sign up and can disclose not only how many donors they need but also the name of the hospital or center in which the donor should make the donation.
In addition, the site and app also allow you to share this information on social networks such as Facebook and Twitter to reach even more people and potential donors. The site also features maps with locations of centers and hospitals across the country.
