Why can't I concentrate?

Sometimes you just do something without paying attention and end up doing something that was not expected? For example, do you leave home to go to the market and end up on your way to work? This kind of mistake can be a lack of concentration, so it's important to find out what may be slowing your attention down to even the simplest of everyday activities.
