10 ways to make your mornings more productive

When the alarm goes off in the morning do you just want to turn the other way and sleep another 5? or 50? minutes? When you get out of the comforter's comfort you can't do anything but get in a bad mood? It's time to change it!

Be aware that mornings can be incredibly productive and can help you have a great day, just by organizing a few daily habits.

Some of the most successful people in the world wake up around 5 am. You may not be from the early night club, but that doesn't mean you can't be productive in the early hours of the day. And if this will contribute to your success, how not to join?

If you want to turn the beginning of your days into a smooth, well-spent time, you're in the right post. Check out some habits that will make a difference making your mornings so much more productive.

1. Organize your morning the night before

Check the weather forecast to decide which clothes to wear and leave them separate. Also pack your bag with the items you need, such as glasses, phone charger and car keys.

2. Resist the snooze button

It may seem that those 5 extra minutes will make a difference, but it's pure illusion. The moment the alarm clock rings, have courage and break free from the pillow!

3. Moisturize your body

At night we spent many hours fasting. So drink a glass of water early to hydrate yourself.

4. Lazing is necessary

Do you spread your arms, your legs, your back? Show your body it's time to wake up.

5. Escape from social networks

That innocent peek on Instagram can steal precious minutes of your morning. Use time with productive tasks that will make a difference throughout the day. Leave the likes for a little later!

6. Don't skip breakfast

Should you be tired of hearing that breakfast is the most important meal of the day? And it really is! Have a nice breakfast with fruits, milk and cereals. The fuel for your day starts there.

7. List your activities

A great way to get organized is to write down everything you need to do, be it in a calendar or mobile app. List the top tasks for the day in order of priority.

8. Enjoy the silence to meditate

The early hours of the morning are usually quieter. Less traffic, less people on the street? Enjoy this peaceful period to relax for a few minutes. Pay attention to your breathing, mentor good things, and get ready for the day that is just beginning.

9. Is there a little time left? Work out!

It's worth a quick dog walk, a sit-up session, or a ride through the neighborhood. If you have time in the morning, work out! Getting the body to work is a great way to oxygenate the brain.

10. And remember not to go out without sunscreen

Ready to put your face in the sun? Do not forget the sunscreen, preferably with factor greater than 50.
