French cosmetics brand Caudalie arrives in Brazil

Caudalie, a French cosmetics brand specializing in anti-aging products, arrived in the country this year, with the first store in Rio de Janeiro already being a hit among buyers. The products are famous with their formula that contains wine and grape extracts from the Bordeaux, Champagne and Burgundy regions, where in addition to the extracts are produced wines.

The brand creator, Mathilde Thomas, tells of her aspirations when creating the brand: "I created Caudalie because I believe in a beauty that is both effective, natural and refined." The brand has existed for nearly 20 years, and began with the discovery of the power of the polyphenols contained in the grape seed, previously dispensed in the family winery at Smith Haut Lafitte Castle. The main asset is polyphenols, which are powerful antioxidants that care for and protect the youthfulness of the skin.

Besides taking care of the skin, the company has spas in Europe, and has cruelty free ideology, no animal testing and no mineral oils. Caudalie is a hit around the world, and can already be found on the website of the company that has won Brazilian version or in stores.
