Fruit mask for face

Fruits are excellent sources of vitamins and minerals. Besides ingested, they can also be used as natural cosmetics to moisturize and tone the face.

Fruit face masks can be found ready-made at any cosmetic store, but you can also prepare them at home.

Pay attention to fruits, as some of them cannot be applied to the skin because they are too acidic or citrus. Lemon and papaya, for example, should never be used on the skin.

To achieve the desired result, you also need to be aware of your skin type and which fruit is appropriate for your face. For oily skin and normal skin, pineapple is indicated, whereas the apple is great for dry skin and oily skin, avocado should be used only for dry skin. Peach is a fruit that can be used well, as it is suitable for all skin types.
