Hot bath is bad?

After a tiring day, nothing beats a hot bath to relax the body. Be aware that this habit, besides being tasty and making you take a little longer in the bath, can be harmful to the health and viscosity of the skin.

Many people think that only with moisturizing soaps and creams the skin is invigorated, but do not realize that the temperature of the water counts for the beauty of the skin. The warm bath is bad because it damages the mantle-lipid layer of the skin, responsible for the soft texture. It also stimulates pore dilation and can cause itchy skin.

Using soap often can also be harmful to the skin. Therefore, it is advisable to use it on the whole body only once a day and in other baths, use only under the armpits, genital region and feet.

The bushings can also eliminate the smoothness of the skin when used daily, so use more underarms and feet, giving preference to soft bushings.

Therefore, so that the hot bath is not bad for your health, avoid taking it at a very high temperature, always leaving the water at warm temperature. Use appropriate soaps, which harm the skin's alkaline pH less. It is also advisable to make use of urea based moisturizers, ceramides and essence oils for the whole body.
