Before you start decorating with stripes, know the space very well. The color of the environment, for example, makes a total difference.

For a more classic decor, choose more neutral colors or tone over tone, while for a more modern and relaxed decoration, choose more vivid colors.

If you prefer not to dare too much in the decoration with stripes on the walls, invest in the print only in details such as ornaments or even a different painting of furniture.

How to choose the stripes

Vertical stripes on the walls give the impression of a taller but narrower environment. The thinner the stripes, the larger the print. Not to be too exaggerated, choose to use them on only one wall.

Horizontal stripes give an inverse visual effect, they make the environment smaller and larger when used in shades of the same color and with thick thicknesses. To give the environment a more elegant look, the combination of black and white is ideal.

The diagonal stripes give the impression of? Movement? environment, so it is advisable to use them sparingly.

Combining stripes with other pattern designs makes the environment much more cheerful and fun. For the prints to talk well in the decoration, you must have common sense in choosing.

A tip to play with the fearless prints is to mix stripes with poas or florals, making the atmosphere youthful and more romantic.
