Iodic winter collection is inspired by Turkey

Iodice's new collection for Winter 2013 was inspired by Turkey and the main focus was the impressive city of Istanbul, one of the largest in Europe. The campaign has already been launched, and is starring the model Thairine Garcia, who elegantly sports the gold of the pieces, one of the colors that appears most during the brand new line.

Valdemar Iódice himself, in a release of the collection, comments: “I was inspired in Istanbul, in the richness of Topkapi Palace, in the jewel and lion print, which is the symbol of the country and also appears in the accessories. The big balcony is the mix of raw materials and overlays. We also have the jersey, a material by which we are recognized, and the silks. The leather was made on top of the jersey with elastane because it wears better and is more competitively priced on the market ?. There are mixtures of sequin mesh with leather and leather, in turn, also appears next to the tweed. The contrast is strong, elegant and unexpected.

The campaign was done in a luxury house in Sao Paulo and had clicks from Karine Basil, styling by Renata Correa and hair and make up by Daniel Hernandez. The collection will soon be available for purchase, meanwhile check out the campaign photos:
