Include olive oil in meals

Extracted from olive, olive oil is a very tasty natural oil and a healthy alternative to replace saturated fats present in animal products that are harmful to health.

The high gastronomic quality of olive oil allows it to be consumed in its natural form, especially in finishing dishes and salads. Few people know, but olive oil can also be used to prepare hot meals and fried foods, because even at higher temperatures the oil does not lose its beneficial properties.

Rich in healthy fats, it contributes to lowering bad cholesterol (LDL) and promotes the increase of good cholesterol (HDL). Other health benefits of olive oil are protection against cancer and heart problems, vitamins A, D, E K, and is a great antioxidant that slows down the process of cell aging.

Monounsaturated fats, present in large quantities in olive oil, modify the distribution of body fat and decrease the accumulation in the abdominal region. Therefore, we can say that the oil has anti-belly effect and helps to narrow the waist, one more reason to include olive oil in meals.

But the list doesn't stop there. Oil extracted from olives accelerates the functioning of metabolism, facilitates digestion, improves absorption of calcium and minerals, acts positively on the functioning of the stomach and pancreas.
