The daily work routine, when organized, becomes much more enjoyable and simple to follow. Here are 15 tips that will make your everyday life more enjoyable at work:

  1. Do you usually wait until Monday to send professional emails? This way you spend the weekend with this task in mind, don't you? But Gmail has an app where you can schedule your email only for Monday (or the date you want!) It's Boomerang. Use it, and avoid sending emails to your boss on Sunday.
  2. Start reading more on paper and avoid the screens.
  3. Schedule activities at night so that you force yourself to leave the office at a reasonable time and stop working overtime. Relax!
  4. Keep your work email well away from your mobile phone. This will prevent you from checking the device outside of working hours.
  5. Sit down to enjoy breakfast and a chat with your family or partner before you go to work. Use lunch time to talk with a friend. This will help you keep your head airy.
  6. Riding back and forth to work can be a great exercise for your routine, so you can no longer make the excuse that you don't have time to exercise.
  7. Take a break from work to go for an ice cream and enjoy your own company.
  8. Try chatting in person with other members of your team instead of just using email.
  9. Get up a little early and go to the gym before heading to the office. You will be much more willing to work!

  15. Pack your lunch tomorrow night to save you the time in the morning.
