5. 13 Reasons Why
13 Reasons Why is undoubtedly the most dense and complex theme series on the list. The series is based on the book of the same name, by writer Jay Asher, and revolves around Hannah Baker, a teenage girl who committed suicide and left 13 cassettes reporting the reasons why she decided to take her own life.
Despite addressing an extremely sensitive subject, as it is also set in the teenage universe, the series has simple and objective dialogues, and may be the right choice for those who like narratives of the dramatic genre.
