Sleeping well in the routine that people usually have in today's life is almost a miracle. And those who cannot relax at night feel in the body the harms of missing a night in bed. - Follow a routine. Try to wake up and sleep always at the same time.
- Create a relaxing ritual before bed, such as taking a hot shower or reading a magazine.
- Dim the lights at home and stop using tablets and smartphones an hour before bed.
- Try to solve the day's problems throughout the day and don't let them prowl your mind at bedtime.
- Exercise daily. Even if it's a 10-15 minute walk only.
- Let sunlight come to you for at least 15 minutes daily. This does not mean sunbathing, but receiving sunlight in the environment wherever you are.
- Avoid taking caffeinated beverages before bed, such as mate tea, coffee and energy drinks. Alcoholic beverages should also be avoided.
- Wear comfortable clothes that don't squeeze you to sleep.
And if you sleep with your partner, use 2 sheets, blankets and comforters. So you avoid fighting over the cover at night and sleep better.
