8 expert tips for better sleep

Sleeping well in the routine that people usually have in today's life is almost a miracle. And those who cannot relax at night feel in the body the harms of missing a night in bed.   1. Follow a routine. Try to wake up and sleep always at the same time.
  2. Create a relaxing ritual before bed, such as taking a hot shower or reading a magazine.
  3. Dim the lights at home and stop using tablets and smartphones an hour before bed.
  4. Try to solve the day's problems throughout the day and don't let them prowl your mind at bedtime.
  5. Exercise daily. Even if it's a 10-15 minute walk only.
  6. Let sunlight come to you for at least 15 minutes daily. This does not mean sunbathing, but receiving sunlight in the environment wherever you are.
  7. Avoid taking caffeinated beverages before bed, such as mate tea, coffee and energy drinks. Alcoholic beverages should also be avoided.
  8. Wear comfortable clothes that don't squeeze you to sleep.

And if you sleep with your partner, use 2 sheets, blankets and comforters. So you avoid fighting over the cover at night and sleep better.
