Detox Ice Cream: Learn How To Make Pastry Ice Cream With Green Juice

As we get closer to summer, we feel like eating that delicious dessert ice cream or even on a sunny late afternoon.

There is no denying that ice cream is irresistible, right? The problem is that the industrialized versions of dough ice cream are not at all interesting to our health.

These foods are often high in sugar, which is absorbed very quickly by the body and generates glycemic spike, making you hungry shortly afterwards and favoring the accumulation of fat in the abdomen.


In addition, industrialized ice cream contains many saturated fats, which when consumed in excess may favor the onset of cardiovascular disease.

The tip is from youtuber Flavio Giusti, from VegetariRANGO channel. Write down the ingredients and check out the following step by step:

Ingredients

To make green juice batter ice cream, you will need the following ingredients:


  • 4 kale leaves
  • ½ large pineapple
  • ½ cup mint
  • 1 piece of ginger of about 2 fingers (optional)
  • mineral water
  • 1 tablespoon emulsifier
  • 1 tbsp neutral alloy
  • molasses or organic sugar (optional)

In addition to these ingredients, you will also need a blender and a mixer. Follow the walkthrough:

1. After washing all the ingredients, chop the cabbage leaves roughly, dice the pineapple and chip the ginger

2. Put the cabbage, pineapple, mint and ginger in a blender and add some mineral water to beat until smooth.

3. Strain the mixture through a sieve and return only 500 ml of the liquid to the blender.

4. Add 1 tablespoon of neutral alloy and beat for another minute.

5. Freeze mixture and freeze until frozen

6. Grind the frozen juice with a spoon until you get a scratch and place it in the mixer bowl

7. Add 1 tablespoon of emulsifier and beat for 10 to 20 minutes at top speed. If desired, add organic sugar or molasses

8. Bring the mixture back to the freezer and wait until it freezes.

This detox ice cream is made with diuretic ingredients such as pineapple and mint, and also has ginger, which has thermogenic properties. Not to mention cabbage, a detoxifying vegetable that contains many vitamins and minerals and still fights inflammation.
