Fast and effective cleaning: Learn how to clean each environment in 15 minutes

It's not always easy to keep the whole house tidy, right? With the rush of everyday clothes often? should they be in the closet? they end up in lounge chairs; bags on the sofa; Children's toys on the floor?

However, it is also a fact that most people enjoy living in a well organized environment. So, whenever possible, strives to? Make a little fix? at home.

But as it is not always possible to devote hours to cleaning and organizing the house, a quick cleaning ends up being a great choice!

According to personal organizer Claudia Moura, qualified by OZ! Organize Your Life and Company Director Claudia Moura Personal Organizer, a quick cleaning (which takes about 15 minutes in each room) is suitable for people who do not have much time, work outside or have an occupation (such as taking care of children, for example) ? This generally does not allow a longer and more detailed cleaning.

Still according to the personal organizer, a 15 minute cleanup is a great alternative to when you learn that you are going to receive a "last minute" visit, and you weren't "ready"? for this. Below, Claudia teaches how to do a 15-minute cleaning in the main rooms of the house:

15 minute cleaning for the room

  1. Collect the mess: shoes, clothes, toys, used glasses and other things that don't belong in the room.
  2. Put things in place: pads, car key, purse, etc.
  3. With everything in place, you can start cleaning, which should be done from top to bottom, ie furniture first, then the floor.
  4. Dust furniture: You can use a flannel, a microfiber cloth, or any soft fabric. You can use dry or with the usual product (depending on the type of furniture).
  5. To clean the floor, you can sweep, vacuum, or even use a MOP broom.
  6. If you choose to sweep or vacuum, you will need to wipe with a damp cloth with the right product for each type of floor. (If you use wet MOP, it will already grab the dirt and do the broom and rag service together).

15 minute cleaning for the kitchen

  1. The first step in the kitchen is washing the dishes. If you have a lot of dishes, choose to wash the plates, glasses and cutlery.
  2. Then wash the plastics and pans. If you don't have time to wash everything, you can hide something in the oven. (But not worth forgetting there later!).
  3. Let the sink clean.
  4. Clean the stove. If it is very dirty and it is not possible to remove all parts for washing, at least remove the "thick" dirt.
  5. Kitchen floor has no way: it has to wash! But when it is not possible, a damp cloth will help. Wipe a very wet cloth first and then a drier one.
  6. Wipe off any dirt on cabinet doors, refrigerator doors, tiles with a damp cloth or damp, always with the product suitable for the type of surface.

15 minute cleaning for the bathroom

  1. In the bathroom, the essential thing is to wash the toilet with the appropriate plug and some washing powder.
  2. Then, with a damp cloth and your preferred product, clean the outside of the toilet, the seat and the lid.
  3. With a plug clean also inside the sink bowl.
  4. With a damp cloth and the product you usually use, wipe over the sink.
  5. Also clean the cabinet doors with a damp cloth and the usual product.
  6. Clean the floor with a damp cloth.
  7. Change the carpet.

15 minute cleaning for adult room

  1. In the bedroom, the first thing to do is make the bed.
  2. Then store the clothes, shoes, and bags in their place.
  3. Just like in the living room, do the top-down cleaning: dust off the furniture first;
  4. Then sweep and wipe or lightly dampen the MOP broom.

15 minute cleaning for children's room

  1. Make the bed.
  2. Store toys, clothes, shoes, etc. in their places.
  3. Do the cleaning from top to bottom: dust off furniture first;
  4. Then sweep and wipe or lightly dampen the MOP broom.

So you already know: In an “urgent” situation, or when the rush is too big, you can tidy up your home by spending about 15 minutes in each room (or, if applicable, tidying up only the part of the house that is most messed up in 15 minutes).

But, it is worth mentioning, it is very important that you set aside a day a week, fortnight or month, to do a heavier cleaning, pay more attention to details (such as baseboards, ornaments, chandelier, ceiling fan etc.), drag furniture and clean glass and windows ?, concludes personal organizer Claudia.
