Launch: Dior's Bird of Paradise Makeup Collection

Emerald green is the color of the year and it goes very well with shades of blue, and with colors that form sharp contrasts like pink and red. What's new now is the new Dior Bird of Paradise line, which inspired by the colors of a peacock, is not only vibrant but also a strong bet on this trend of emerald and blue alongside warmer colors.

The new collection is starting to appear, although it is not even on Dior's official website yet. As for prices, these have not yet been released, but one thing that can be sure is that it is a beautiful line of cosmetics and that not only marks the spring of 2013 abroad but blends very well with the Brazilian climate.

The collection features two enamel duos, one emerald with and without glitter, called nothing less than Samba, and the other duo in a vibrant pink and darker turquoise, called Bahia. For the skin, a BB Cream suntan that promises a beautiful and brighter color, as well as bright.

The skin is completed with two? Duos? which can actually be called quartets, as they are half blush and half tan powder, and each contains two shades for contour and depth effects. They are found in Coral Glow colors, a darker and reddish shade than pink, and Pink Glow, which in turn is pinker.

The eyes get the main shade of the collection, with a deep blue shade in a unique color case. In addition there are two shadow quintets, Peacock (light green, emerald green, light blue, deep blue and turquoise) and Blue Lagoon (less blue than expected, with leaf green, emerald green, turquoise, beige, and light military green).

The lips are not left out, and they get pencils in slightly more neutral tones, as this collection stands out for the strong shades of shadows, thus favoring and balancing the colors just right. There are also lipsticks with more striking and vibrant colors like pink and orange. The glosses this time come to brighten the eyes, with neutral tones highlighting only the golden and brown shine, and for the lips the gloss serves only as a collagen-neutral color asset.

There is no forecast of arrival in Brazil, nor disclosure of prices of each item.
