The liquid diet, as its name suggests, is made by drinking only liquids. The menu releases ready-made foods such as shakes or homemade juices and soups, always with the ingredients blended in a blender.

According to nutritionist Marcelo Langsdorff, the ideal timeframe for a detox is a maximum of three days. For weight loss, maximum 15 days. "Otherwise one can get weak," he explains.

1. Detox Menu

Indication: With light and healthy items, it is ideal for those who want to detoxify the body.

Breakfast: Green juice (Blend the juice of 2 oranges and 1 leaf of cabbage washed and without the stalk; drink without straining. If you prefer, you can sweeten with sweetener);

Lunch: Detox Pumpkin Soup;

Ingredients

  • 1? 2 Peeled and chopped Japanese pumpkin
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 piece of chopped ginger
  • Boiling water
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper

Method of preparation: Heat oil and sauté garlic and onion; add the chopped pumpkin, sauté a little more, add the chopped ginger and sauté more; pour boiling water until all the ingredients are covered; remove from heat, wait for warmness and beat in a blender until smooth. Then put the mixture back in the same pan and heat to heat for about 3 minutes. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil.

2. Reinforced Menu

Indication: With more ingredients in juice and soup recipes, it ensures more energy.

Breakfast: Green juice with coconut water (beat in a blender 2 kale leaves without the stalk, 1 tablespoon ginger juice, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and 200 ml coconut water; drink without straining. If you prefer, may sweeten with sweetener);

Lunch: Yam soup with spinach;

Ingredients

  • 5 average yams
  • 1 cup of finely chopped spinach
  • 1 medium onion, minced
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp golden flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon gingerbread cubes
  • 1 teaspoon ground thyme and rosemary
  • 200 ml of water

Method of preparation: Saute onion and garlic in a nonstick pan, add water, shelled yam and ginger and cook until tender. Then mash the yam in the cooking water itself, add the spinach, set the salt and boil for another 2 minutes until the leaves soften. Put the flaxseed and serve.

  • 50 grams of chopped green cabbage
  • 2 kale leaves in thin strips
  • 1? 2 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 100 grams of cauliflower
  • 1 chayote in cubes
