Ingredients

? Amaranth Grains

? Carnation

? Cinnamon

? Brown sugar

Way of preparing

The beans are soaked 24 hours. They are then cooked and the stock is mixed with an infusion of cloves, cinnamon and brown sugar.

After 24 hours, you should drain the water and put the remaining amaranth back to the pan. You need to put a liter of water. Let it cook for about 30 minutes. Amaranth will thicken the broth.

Then you must strain the mixture. The liquid left in the jar forms the cold drink. Take to the blender the solid part of the amaranth that is left in the colander and grind another time. Then sift the mixture back with water. In this second sieve, you will get a thicker liquid that forms hot tea.

Put the cloves and cinnamon. Then just sweeten and put the lemon. In the end, you have an amaranth refreshment, an energy drink, full of minerals and protein.
