Never dispense salads and carbs and attention to carbs, choose only one per meal, do not eat rice, bread and pasta together. A good dietary tip for those who live alone is to eat fruit and small pieces of cheese between meals, helping to control hunger and avoiding overdoing it. One should not eat much at night, the meal should be light, eat a natural sandwich or a soup.
