For this step-by-step you will need a creamy nail polish. We chose Revlon's Black Lingerie (average price $ 20).
A matte covering or matte enamel of the same color chosen for the base. We opted for Impala Matte Cover (average price R $ 2.50).
A stick with a thick tip to make the decoration (average price $ 0.50 each), cotton and acetone to remove excess.
The first step is to remove excess cuticle with pliers or cuticle remover cream and apply a base coat. This done, apply two layers of the creamy nail polish chosen for the decoration base. Wait for the nails to dry for about half an hour before decorating begins.
Use your hand or a piece of paper as a backing to deposit a quantity of Impala Matte Cover nail polish. Then, with the help of a toothpick, take a good amount of the frosted nail polish and make random balls all over the nail surface. It is important not to force the toothpick when decorating the nails to prevent the low nail polish from being damaged or marked.
Wipe off excess and be careful to let your nails dry completely, as this decoration cannot bring a layer of extra shine to the final finish. Bet in more colorful shades of pink, blue, green or red to make your nails look summery.
