One of the main reasons for the sites to be included in the list is that the suppliers cannot be found even through the Junta Comercial, IRS and BR Registry that takes care of the registrations of Brazilian domains.
PROCON reports these sites to the Department of Citizen Protection Police (DPPC) and the Internet Steering Committee (CGI), which in turn handles the case. It is recommended to check the list and keep an eye on online shopping to avoid inconvenience.
