The power of detox

The body's weight-loss and detoxification methods known as detox first captured the celebrity, then became a fever among women. They are diets rich in foods, juices, mineral water and teas with the power to eliminate harmful substances to the body.

In fact, the detox diet is not intended for weight loss, but to do a real cleansing and combat the harmful effects caused by an unbalanced diet rich in trans fats and other toxins.

Consuming natural products helps flush out toxins that accumulate mainly in the liver and intestines. To the delight of women, losing a few pounds is a consequence of this process.

Diets that promise to eliminate toxins may yield good results. But to do that, you don't have to set off your body, or spend days fasting or eating crazy liquid-based diets.

If done in an uncontrolled way, this type of diet even thin, but weakens the body and weakens health. Therefore, when choosing to follow the detox diet, the ideal is to consume nutritious foods, enriched with properties that strengthen the body against disease and delay aging.

Although the detox fad started with food, it can now be found in hair and beauty treatments. The goal is to eliminate accumulated toxins in the body, which are no longer processed by the body and contribute to the increase of free radicals, the main causes of premature aging.

This way detox not only shows positive results in the balance, but also gives more energy and disposition, improves memory and decreases fluid retention. Not to mention the skin and hair, which are visibly prettier and full of life.
