These desserts are so beautiful that you will feel pity to eat (or not)

Besides taste, another very important aspect for lovers of good cooking is the presentation of the dish? After all, we eat first with our eyes, don't we?

If you live with children, you probably know that you often have to create artwork with food to make them accept eating vegetables, proteins and protein.

But it's not just at this stage of life that presentation makes a difference! A well-prepared, well-prepared dish with well-distributed foods draws a lot more attention even when we are already very big.

So it's hard not to be enchanted by the desserts made by a 16-year-old boy identified only as Jose. I mean, it's not uncommon to be enchanted by a dessert, even if it's not very pretty, but these are wonderful.

The vegan teenager behind the desserts

A native of Lima, Peru, Jose is thriving on Instagram with his posts full of mouth-watering colorful cakes, pies and candies. And one more detail: all the desserts made by the boy are vegan, which means that they do not carry milk or eggs, among other ingredients of animal origin.

In an interview with Daily Mail, Jose said he became vegan at 14 and decided to learn how to cook. Because he had a special preference for sweets, he specialized in dessert making, always using only ingredients within his diet.

Some of Jose's substitutions are exchanging chicken eggs for a mixture of flaxseed and water, chocolate (containing milk) for cocoa powder, vegetable oils instead of butter, and almond milk instead of cow's milk.

To make a cheesecake, for example, does it use a mixture of nuts, frozen bananas, coconut oil and agave nectar? the latter in place of ordinary sugar, to make the dessert healthier.
