How to prepare your homemade anti-waste shampoo
This recipe is a tip from youtuber Julia Doorman. You will need a clear shampoo (which acts as the vehicle for our mix), baking soda (deep cleansing agent), thermal water (hydration and shine) and saline (hydration and frizz fighting). Write down the quantities:

- 300 ml of clear shampoo;
- 1 tablespoon baking soda;
- 1 tablespoon of thermal water suitable for hair;
- 1 tbsp saline.
Once you have separated all the ingredients, just follow the step by step according to tips from youtuber hair care expert:
1. Put 300 ml of clear shampoo in a container
2. Add the tablespoon of baking soda
3. Add the thermal water
4. Add saline
5. Mix everything until all ingredients dissolve
6. Apply to your hair and wash it with a scalp massage
Ideally, use this anti-waste shampoo every 15 days or once a month. It should not be used in all washes because, as its pH is too high, it may end up drying your hair by removing all natural oils.
For an even better result, wash your hair with this shampoo before deep moisturizing or hair reconstruction as it will leave the cuticles open and ready to receive the products. The tip is always to use this shampoo (and any other anti-waste shampoo) sparingly.
