Allergy Cleaning Products

Allergy to cleansers or contact dermatitis is a type of allergic irritation that occurs on the skin due to direct contact or even the smell of some substances found in products such as detergent, bleach, bleach, among others.

The problem is very common because the skin is very sensitive and when it comes into direct contact with some substances in the products, it reacts that way. Symptoms of allergy to cleansers may arise in the arms, hands and even nails.

The main signs are itching, dry lesions, redness, peeling of the skin, swelling and difficulty breathing. In more critical cases, it may cause blurred vision and high blood pressure.

If you notice any skin irritation or discomfort when using cleansers, you should seek immediate medical attention to identify the agent that is causing the skin irritation and diagnose the ideal medicines to relieve symptoms and prevent them from recurring.

Take it easy, you don't have to be desperate thinking you'll never be able to clean at home again. Treatment of allergy to cleansers can usually only be done by applying a cream with corticosteroids.

How to prevent allergy to cleaning products

It is best to avoid direct contact with any kind of chemical, but whenever you need to use them, protect your hands with vinyl gloves. Even so, wash your hands thoroughly using mild soap as soon as you finish the cleaning. Be sure to also wash your forearm to avoid irritation if the product has dripped inside your gloves. Then apply an unscented cream to keep the skin soft.

Another way to prevent contact dermatitis or allergic attacks is to use alternatives to keep your home clean and away from germs and bacteria.

Baking soda is excellent for cleaning the house. Even without disinfectant action, this substance has the power to degrease stoves, sinks, walls and remove odor from the refrigerator. Another tip is to use white vinegar to clean the house as it has no smell and is great for eliminating bacteria, especially from the bathroom.

Cloth moistened with coconut soap can be ironed to the floor to prevent dust from spreading through the air. Already the lemon, is effective to remove difficult dirt and glycerine is a great ally in the fight against mold.

Home cleaning products are not only cost effective, they are as effective as others and ensure cleanliness of environments with the advantage that they have milder substances than industrialized ones. That is, the risk of causing allergy is lower.
