Daily Cleaning Checklist

In everyday life, cleaning the house effectively can be a challenge. Often the option is to choose a single day to clean up all at once which, in addition to being tiring, can become a stressful task, as the accumulation of dirt and mess creates discomfort and therefore end up making people extremely angry. But not everything is lost.

Some tasks, when performed daily, save time and avoid inconvenience. Therefore, in order to organize daily cleaning of the house and improve cleaning, it is ideal to draw up a home cleaning schedule, or a check list, with tasks that do not last more than 30 minutes. Check out.

Kitchen

The first step in keeping the kitchen clean and organized is to keep the sink empty. Therefore, do not allow dirty dishes to accumulate and try to set a time of day to do this usually in the morning.

Another suggestion is to perform a light cleaning in the kitchen by wiping the cabinets, the stove and the sink with a damp cloth to remove dirt accumulation. Don't worry about cleaning the inside of the cabinets by removing pots and pans, just clean the top and the doors.

Also, take out the trash and eliminate the "problem marks", ie quickly wipe up any stains caused by spilling something on the floor or grease spots that may accumulate more dirt. Leave to mop or wash the kitchen floor over the weekend.

So in the kitchen, remember to:

  • Wash the dishes;
  • Perform light cleaning of cabinets, stove and sink;
  • Take out the garbage;
  • Eliminate "problem spots".

WC

After brushing your teeth and washing your face in the morning, take the time to clean the bathroom sink. Ideally, always leave a cloth or paper towel available for this purpose, stored in the closet. Do a quick clean.

Whenever you notice traces of toothpaste or other toiletries on the mirror, clean them. You can use the same cloth or paper towels used for cleaning the sink.

Take the time you are in the bathroom to clean the toilet too, using a brush for this purpose. Also, use the same cloth as the sink and mirror to clean the seat, however, leave it to clean it last.

In the bathroom, remember to:

  • Clean the sink and mirror;
  • Clean the toilet and the seat.

bedrooms

Step One: Make the bed. This task should take no more than 30 seconds and avoids the discomfort caused by the impression of a messy room. After that, store and hang clothes and objects, such as earrings and necklaces, that are spread out. Finally, fix your nightstand: bring glasses and bottles of water to the kitchen and keep glasses and reading books. Do not forget to open the windows to ventilate and whenever possible dust the electronics.

In the rooms, remember to:

  • Make the bed;
  • Storing clothes and objects;
  • Arrange the nightstand;
  • Open the windows;
  • Remove the dust.

Rooms

In the living room, arrange the sofa by removing the objects, crumbs and dirt accumulated under the furniture. Enjoy also to adjust the pillows. After that, focus on removing dirt from other furniture such as the coffee table, the bookcase and other cabinets. Perform light cleaning by wiping with damp cloths to remove dust and other dirt. Take the opportunity to clean electronic devices such as TV.

Finally, in the rooms, remember to:

  • Arrange and clean the sofa;
  • Eliminate dirt from furniture;
  • Clean up electronics.

Small tasks like these make everyday life easier and prevent the accumulation of dirt and discomfort caused by a disorganized home. However, it is important to remember that more elaborate cleaning should also be done. Washing the bathroom, cleaning cabinets and appliances, washing curtains and pillows are indispensable tasks, but they should be done longer and preferably on weekends.
