For a long time, the body (pronounced / bóri / in Brazil) was an exclusive piece of fitness and beach, passing away from the streets and everyday clothes. But if you don't remember him very well, personal stylist Roberta Carlucci tells her story. “Bodies are a legacy of the '90s, when gym clothes and Jane Fonda's aerobics videos were on trend. They came in normally plain neon colors without much information and originally were inspired by swimsuits and ballet tights !?
In recent years, however, this piece has left the dance floor and the academy and has taken to the streets. There she became a fever and conquered women of different styles. To get an idea of its success, even on TV the body was present! In the soap opera Amor à Vida, from Globo Television Network, the character Patrícia, played by Maria Casadevall, used and abused the body in its combinations. The character made the play a wild card in her productions and used her body in many different situations and programs.
Where and how to use it
Out of this more relaxed universe to which the body has always belonged, there is great doubt for those who want to adopt it on a daily basis about which places and situations fit well with the piece. Roberta reckons that? Besides the beach, it is possible to use them in relax productions for parties with friends, bars and for the night.? And it still gives a valuable hint: the most sophisticated, one-sided type, can even be used on tidier occasions, but with care.
Also, pay attention to which parts are better with this piece, always paying attention to the balance of production. "Because they are fair, the ideal is to coordinate them with smaller pieces underneath: baggy shorts (jeans, fabric), pants or wide pants, maxi or round skirts (tweed, ruffled, pleated) and so on."
The new body
But, after all, how is this modern body adopted by fashion? According to Roberta, there are many new models and body colors on the market. "Revamped, they now see super-patterned and generous cleavages at the back or front, frilly and with richer status, but still with a well-laid footprint."
The stylist consultant, however, says that some models are even higher than others, and shows the trio that has been most successful on the streets.
- Long-sleeved with generous neckline at the back;
- With ruffles at the neckline;
- Front only.
What bra to wear with body?
One of the biggest questions for those who choose to wear a body is what is the best bra to wear with the piece. If you do not give up a good bra, besides the classic strapless that falls with or without push-up? that support that gives volume and enhances the breasts?
